Description
Todays photo excursion trip took my wife Sandra and I, through Orange, one of Virginia�s most picturesque counties. Home for two of American Presidents, James Madison and Zachary Taylor. It also is home to many beautiful landscaped Horse Farm�s that feature rolling hills and Rail Fencing as far as the eyes can see. Stopping at one of the farms that ran for what seemed miles, and fields featuring horses feasting on the tall grass and ambling along the fencing along the roadway. Stopping to shoot a few photographs, I was amazed as almost every horse in this herd came over for a look see and a petting. Tomorrow�s excursion takes us back to this county that still has the feel of the 1800�s and many of the building still standing from that era.

Thanks Cathy! Horses are such a joy to shoot..in fact went back out to the same location where they have many of the race horses who are two old to run anymore and so they have people and groups adopt/sponsor them and they live out their lives in tranquility.
